Andy whom cut my hair did a terrible job. The hair in the back wasn't cut straight and he blamed it on me even though I wasn't moving. Additionally he cut my top off too short even though I requested him to not to. Would not come back again. Save yourself.

Been using Express Cuts for several years. I favor one hairdresser but recently when she was not available the owner cut my hair. Wonderful job. Called today to see if Vivian was available, she was and they were not busy. Got there in five minutes, no one there except one person who was with another hairstylist. Vivian was in the back. People came, people went and I waited for about 20 minutes, saw Vivian come out with the phone in her ear; shortly thereafter I was told she was in a "meeting" and it would be another half hour. Customer service starts at the top. I left.

Very friendly and accommodating. Hair cut is done the way you like it.

Lack of expertise and skill combined with not listening to the customer makes it one place I would never visit. Ignorant and l irritable barber who would always be in a hurry for no reason even when the shop is almost always vacant. All in all not a customer friendly place. Not at all recommended.
