Inside this place is nice, but the staff are beyond unprofessional and the worst offender is the owner. She works in pajamas, with a towel on her head or curlers in and usually stuffing her face at the front desk on several occasions I have gone. Have a little pride in your job and act appropriately, especially being the owner set an example. Despite the fact the price is right, I would rather pay more somewhere else to get better service in a more comfortable environment. I have gone during posted business hours to find it closed like they just didn't feel like working and not even post a sign to apologize for being closed during business hours. Anytime I go I feel like I am bothering them, so sorry to make you work and put money in your pocket. The most recent time, the owner Monica was sitting in the corner behind the desk (as usual) having the staff member file her nails. I walked in, wasn't greeted and literally stood at the desk awkwardly and had to wait until she finished filing her nail and then was finally acknowledge. Seriously?!? Do yourself a favor and go to Tommy's instead, great specials and much friendlier.

The inside of the place was pretty, but the staff was terrible. I had a groupon and asked for the DARKEST spray tan out of the 3 options. (I get them whenever tommys tanning has a sale, i have used Versaspa about 10 times in the past) So I drove 40 minutes out of my way for this versa spray deal, but because they didn't see any cash money from it, my color request was ignored, and they give u the lightest spray setting for a groupon!! My color is barely noticable!!! I'm outraged! 2nd- the moisturizer coat after the spray tan is an add on at tommys, if you DONT pay for it, you dont get it. Here it's part of the deal no matter what apparently.. thats cool for most girls, but because ive looked up the VersaSpa ingredients in the past i know I'm allergic to the Pathanol in the moisturizer sadly. I express my concern to two ladies & tell them my allergy, and how i DONT want the afterspray! Regardless of what i said when the young desk girl walks me back there she tells me to hit the button 3 times for the full spray. I said '3? I usually hit it once at tommys' she said 'here u hit it 3 times' and left. AS SUSPECTED THE 3RD BUTTON TAP WAS THE MOISTURIZER THAT I HAVE AN ALLERGY TO HELLO! I was smart enough to step away from the machine during the 3rd round because i knew better after smelling that i clearly already got the spray tan in round 2... but wouldnt you have said as an employee 'hey u are only gunna want to hit the button twice since here the mosturizer is included' very upsetting and furthermore i can't believe i put my body at risk all for barely any color!! Going to a special event tonight not looking how i wanted too, and i wish Groupon could refund me for this awful experience!

This is my second year going to SUNrenity and I still enjoy it. Stand ups are great. Always clean and smelling good. My favorite is the Sun board. Staff is great!! Always friendly and always can answer your questions. I would highly recommend this place.
