You're certainly not coming for the non-existent customer service, nor are you coming for the outrageous, mind-boggling prices. I've purchased a few skinny ties here, during a winter sale. The men's shoes are very trendy, as are the suits and winter sweaters. Yet, $185 for a sweater that looks like the same thing from Target or Kohl's is just a pathetic price point and leads to horrendous customer satisfaction. The staff stands around, pretending to fold clothes, while avoiding eye contact with customers, or making eye contact and walking away. Your money is seriously better spent elsewhere.

My go-to store for all of my work clothes! I wear suits most of the time, and I get them all here...everything fits like a dream and lasts forever! Their wide selction of fun yet work-appropriate pieces in bright colors makes it fun to get dressed for work!

All Express and Limited stores discriminate against size 14-size 16 women. They refuse to stock those stores with clothes they sell in those sizes. Boycott them--do not buy online or in store even a scarf.

It's my fav store in the world but I don't know if it's the assistant manager or something (girl with black hair) but she is extremely rude. They do not have good customer service so instead I go to the express inside Caesars palace which is way better. I don't know what it is at that store but they almost act like they do not want you in there.
