I love urban outfitters- this location is great - located right inside the mall. Be prepared to go up a bunch of steps as this location is divided between different floors. The elevator is extremely slow as it is shared with the restaurant next door.

Urban Outfitters has always been overpriced, but it seems the current management is hiring many rude incompetent snooty employees (I would not expect fellow young minorities to act/treat people this way!). I have gone in a couple of times since my visit here and all, but two people have given me attitude when trying on closes or asking for a different size from a top shelf. It seems to me they are too busy talking with one another to even help the customers in the store and if you ask for help, you've just interrupted their conversation. The staff is not very friendly and the clothes are expensive items that I have seen in my Dad's closet. This is probably the last time I'll ever shop at this store.

theres this girl im in love with who works a houston urban, but i live here and i really wish she worked here. would like this urban to offer her a management job she cant refuse. thanks

Love browsing the cool products they have downstairs. I'm not much in to clothing so I can't comment on their selection beyond the cool t-shirts.
