The store manager is very rude, I will never be coming back here again. Major attitude at the checkout desk, I felt very uncomfortable, she just threw the clothes at me and her tone was very demeaning and hostile.. first of all I’m shopping at your store lady, spending my money here. Maybe she has a big ego.. your a store manager it’s not that serious. I asked to use the dressing room and she just rolled her eyes at me. Is this the customer service you guys want in your stores? I will be contacting corporate.
Update. Just left the store and went around the same time as my last review. I have to say huge improvements. The cashiers were really nice and helpful. I will be coming back. It's my third time here, and my thoughts haven't changed about this store. I love Express clothes, but this is the worst store I've ever been to. They have the worst customer service. Their employees are always moody and snappy. The mall closes in 15 minutes and they turned the lights off on me! They were lowering the gate of the store, and I wasn't the only person there. If you like moody cashiers and employees who don't even acknowledge you, well, this is it
Manager is rude and lazy. Keeps one of the entries closed at 4pm and refuses to open the fitting room even though they only have 2 customers in the entire store. Refused to give her name but she can be seen here. Tried to call security for us asking for her to open the fitting room. She said we could buy it and try on clothes at home. No store does that. Ridiculous.
This is the first time I am visiting an express store. I would say all the collections were really good. My rating is just for the rudest cashier i have ever encountered in this store. Other than that everything is good including the discounts offered.
We found that the quality of their cloths were very good. There are plenty of nice styles and a few plus sizes.
Vanessa, Vanessa, Vanessa. What can I say? She stopped what she was doing to give me expert advice on interview clothes, and shopped with me for the better part of 20 minutes. And she was so patient and kind. But not that “regular kind” that you experience when a stranger is just trying to help. Vanessa is above-and-beyond-sweet. You can tell she genuinely just wants to make your day better, even if you don’t end up buying anything — which I did. This was a truly memorable shopping experience and I will remember it for years to come.
I am a regular customer of express. But this time i visited. I see the price terribly increased. Sorry express but i wont visit express. Be careful guys.
As much as I love express, I dislike this location as two women running the registers last night were beyond rude to me as a customer.
Worst interaction from the staff they are very rude. I will not go there again.
The store had a limited number of men's clothing items. I was expecting a greater selection.
