Not one employee offered to help me while I was in the store. I literally had to come out of the dressing room and find different sizes. Clothes are overpriced and the quality is not as good as it used to be. I’ve been shopping there for the last 10 years but I’m over Express now. I’ve removed myself from emails and will no longer be shopping here. Customer service has gone down hill and their selection of jeans is few, all they had were jeans that come up to your belly button. Lucky brand is far better quality when it comes to jeans. Poor quality for your money at Express anymore these days!!!

Is it just Express' policy to instruct it's employees to ignore customers completely and talk amongst each other?  I wouldn't say this if I haven't seen it at a number of store but man, now I see why brick and mortar retail is going away. Enjoy ch. 11

I like graphic tees at Express.  They have interesting, modern-art designs, and they don't blatantly advertise Express.  That's really my big pet peeve about graphic tees.  I have no interest in advertising the Gap or American Eagle.  Their tees are generally limited production runs and changed every season, so there is a reasonably good chance you won't see anyone else with the same tee that you have.  Express also has frequent sales, usually after every season, where lots of stuff is 50%-70% off.

My main disappointment with the place is how much they pushed their credit card the last couple of times I was there.  I don't need another credit card.  That's great that I can save 10% or 15% or whatever it is, but considering the last two items I bought at Express cost a total of $22.50, I'd rather not be hassled.  It upset me to be forced to say "no" several times.
