Terrible service. We were waiting to be sized patiently for 15min while other customers were being cared for. The 2 employees working there apologized for the wait, which I thanked them for and had no problem with until they completely bypassed us when another customer walked in the door. I decided to not have my son sized and just buy his shoes and when I went to the checkout counter the woman completely ignored me.

My son wears custom orthotics and needs special shoes to fit over them. The staff were amazingly helpful. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.
