Such a great store! Katrina is the best! We went in to buy a suit for my fiancé, and then a few months later to buy our groomsmen's outfits. She guided us along every step of the way and even stayed late to put in a special order for us. She knows exactly what will work and what won't when it comes to men's suiting. The staff did not speak to me one time while I was there but I watched them speak to every person in the same area as me! I'm working. I'm sure me being a woman of color had plenty to do with it. I will not be back

I had to return a shirt and get a different size. The employees at Express were very helpful and kind. They even saved my some money by giving me the current promo to get another shirt for cheap. I will definitely come back to this Express. Great service.
