Now I understand why they have terrible reviews. They have the worst customer service ever especially the guy that works there and all I needed to do was pay for my angel card I didn’t even buy anything! For sure won’t be returning ever!

Came here during the $27 for 7 on going on sale a couple months ago I think??? I want to say to one of your staff who keeps complaining and crying like a baby on how she's gonna ever finished organizing the undees.. You made me feel so uncomfortable and my shopping experience unpleasant cause you were talking LOUDLY, COMPLAINING while you were surrounded by customers.. Of course the undees will be out of place cause you have sale going on.. I didn't even finished looking for colors and styles I wanted cause she was there across me whining.. Finally when I got 7 I went to the register so I can leave..She's ranting to one of your employee.. next time do it in private where no customers can hear you.. I also work in a retail store I know how frustrating work can be some times but we don't talk about our complaints in front of the customers no way!

Was queuing for ages to pay 5 panties (5 for 28$). There were 8 people in front of me only -  there was one cashier only. The supervisor / store manager she is unfriendly, not helpful at all! This VS shop never again!

When I went to Victoria's Secret at the Destin Commons during my vacation (6/15/12-6/22/12), I had one goal in mind: buy a new bra. I had forgotten to bring a regular bra on the trip - a perfect excuse for a fun trip to VS. I was met at the door with a bumbling blonde employee who simply stared at me then proceeded to turn away. After browsing for a while, I approached her to get a bra sizing (I had not had one in quite a while). She pulled out her measuring her tape in the middle of the store and took about 30 seconds measuring me. Then she proclaimed my size to the whole store - privacy? there was none. I had expected she would take me in a dressing room and measure me there - without my sports bra. Yes, I was wearing a sports bra which I mentioned to her. She simply shrugged it off and said that's the best way to measure....sports bras smoosh your boobs down which explains why her measurement was a cup size smaller than my actual size (which was measured a year ago!). I was extremely surprised at the small size, but she, being totally incompetent, did not notice my gasp and look of confusion. I walked away and looked at the bras in my former size. She continued to stand mute in that spot until I left, not helping any customer or such. She also treated me lesser as I am a teenager. I noted her superior expression - as with most VS employees, she expected I was in there purely to gaze at the bras, not to buy anything. Little did she know that I had intended to buy several bras and panties.

TL;DR: If I am paying upwards of $40 for bras - I better have a nice and competent employee help me.

Next time I will be shopping at Sirens down in Grayton Beach.
