BUYER BEWARE-SAVE YOUR MONEY! The absolute worst experience...Very unprofessional.  Front desk very pushy with sales pitch. I told her I was not interested and she ignored me and kept reading the spa menu to me as if I was a child. Not a spa environment at all. Very cold and sterile. Services were horrible. Front desk girl walked into the room in the middle of my service TWICE.  The last time she came in was to tell the aesthetician that her next appointment was there. What reputable spa does that? ALL of the 5 star reviews on here are all fake. If you look the users have only 2 reviews this "spa" and Dr Ahmed Elkouilly who is the owner of the spa! What scam artists! Writing your own 5 star reviews??? That's desperate!  I wouldnt even call this place a spa. Its connected to a run down Dr Office and is and the Drs wife runs this "establishment" under the guise of a makeshift spa. From the moment you walk in, It's just awful.
 Aesthetician kept chewing gum in my face during my entire service, slurping on coffee and answering her phone and texting during the service. This level of unprofessionalism is repugnant. Save your money and avoid the hassle. Worst experience ever. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

excellent great services offered at that spa I am thrilled with the professional services i received from the staff and how my face felt after I had the eye lift i felt I am younger 20 years on top of that they offered me a complimentary facial that was amazing Thank you for providing a great service keep up the good work
