I was visiting my family that lives in the area of this "Great Clips" and needed a quick shampoo and blow dry. I went in and asked if they could do that, I never said I wanted a haircut. I was told that the wait would be 45 minutes. I waited. Once I was taken back for my service I was told; "Sorry, we do t have time to do that today". I asked, why wasn't I told when I checked in?" No answer, just another sorry and "I can cut your hair". This was my first time going to a Great Clips and I shall never do that again!!

Always satisfied with my hair cut no matter who does it. Their online check in helps , as they can get pretty busy at times.

My last 2 cuts have been disappointing. Today, Ariel doesn't seem to like her work. She was sullen, slow and the cut isn't even. I won't go back.

some of the ladies there are very good. Some are very bad. Screwed up my kids haircut had to get it fixed twice by another person there.
