My family and I have attended this car wash for years, and it has always been a personal favorite. Until one day while taking my Jeep Wrangler through the car wash, the driver side mirror was knocked off of the vehicle. The operation was forced to momentarily shut down so they could pick up the mirror off of the track, and figure out what happened. After they finished drying my car, they had me pull up so that I could wait for a manager to come speak to me about what happened. Well, he basically apologized and guaranteed that the company would cover any damages done to my car and gave us a procedure to follow. Well after following that procedure we had to meet with the supervisor of the location. He said that it was NOT the car wash's system that caused my mirror to come off, it was because my mirror was lose or some other malfunction... My mirror was literally cemented onto the door... Due to this, he refused to replace it and instead offered a free car wash. Like I was going to want to run my vehicle through the same car wash that tore off my mirror. I found this to be very unprofessional, as I was originally promised to have the fee of the new mirror covered and instead having found myself having to pay $60 dollars for a new mirror all because of a $10 car wash.

I love the fact that it is a full service car wash. They wash the inside front ,back and side windows as well as vacuum out your car for you! This is a wonderful place to bring your car/truck and sit back and let THEM do the work for you. Then you get back into a clean vehicle - inside and out!

They don't know the meaning of "detail". Dropped the car there for their so called silver service. Overall it was a below average job but they also forgot to do the side mirrors. When I told them that the side mirrors are not done - the guy who checked me in claimed that it was done - looking at all the dried bird poop that still comes off with finger.  A kid working with them admitted that side mirrors are not done and offered a car wash coupon. I was there for detailing not for their rotating automated wash that does nothing but put swirl scratches on the coating. I had to do the side mirrors and front bumper myself at home using my orbital. Expresso - never again!
