First time coming to this salon and definitely will not be my last. The service was great, the staff was very accommodating, and the environment of the salon was nice and peaceful. The most important thing is… I love the design of my nail! It is so special and beautiful. All my friends love my nails!

My first visit with David went well.  
My second visit with David he broke 2 of my nails so he added tips with no additional charge. I was upset but then said I’ll give them one more chance.  

My 5:00 appointment today I get seated with David again. He started to remove my ANC and then someone is behind me tugging my purse. It’s another tech telling me to move to her booth so they can seat another lady (with David) that had just walked in. And this point I’m annoyed. You should explain what is happening number one and then ask to move my purse. 

I get to this booth and this lady was super rough and in a hurry. She was also pulling my arms with lots of force instead of asking me to move closer. She seemed to be mad about something but I’m not 100% on that.

 Being rushed is annoying when you’re paying for a service.   Assuming she’s rushing due to them closing at 6. If that’s the case don’t schedule appointments for 5:00! My nails came out ok but I’m not happy about the way I was treated. I was kind enough to tip for this poor service but my tip of the day is you should be more pleasant with customers to keep them coming back ! This will most likely be my last visit.

The most satisfied part of this place is its colors. Colors are the most important part of nail design. Whenever I found a good nail design from social media, they could always do the design for me. My first visit here is a surprise. Definitely will come again.

Horrible they DO NOT honor appointment!!!!! You schedule and come just to be told to wait 45 +min!! Do not go here very disrespectful
