Story

Shelley Hutchinson founded Shelley Salon & Day Spa in 2006.
Shelley has been a cosmetologist for 18 years. She is a Master Colorist with Goldwell USA and a Master Nail Technician with Creative Nail Design. She strongly believes in continuing education, utilizing the salon alliances with Goldwell and KPSS. She also attends international trade shows to stay current with the industry trends in color, cut, style, and the latest technology. She has earned her Designers Award with Martin Parsons in Advanced Design and Cutting. She is a member of the PBA (Professional Beauty Association), the NCA (National Cosmetology Association), and the NYSCA (New York State Cosmetology Association). Shelley loves to cut and style curly hair where she applies what she has learned in her training of the Deva Curl cutting technique.
