Owners are terrible to stylists,  nail ladies AND customers. They don't guarantee the work done, and as soon as you make a complaint you are ignored. Some of the employees demand cash and will accept no other form of payment. They refuse to turn down the air conditioning to keep paying customers comfortable.  A stylist that cut and colored my hair over a year ago, was visibly perspiring , as was I. I said can you please make it cooler in here, her response was that the owners are too cheap and refuse to adjust temp. I have tried several times in the past 5+ years, only because the location is convenient for me, but it's always been a bust. Oh, except for the one time Terry did my hair , that was pleasant.
**UPDATE**
NOW TWO PEOPLE FROM HERE ARE CALLING MY HOME AND YELLING AT ME, TELLING ME TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW. 
HARASSMENT!!!!!!

I have been going to exquisite for 2 years. My experience with facials and massage have been amazing.  They were wonderful, professional and extremely experienced. The massage has literally given me a better quality of life. Thanks to everyone!

First facial ive had and it was amazing. So calming and very comfortable. I had never been the one to break out or have skin problems and once acne became an issue for me Exquisite was reccomended. Sophia helped clear my acne with a routine that works best for my skin. I havent had nearly as many problems since! I Will defenitly be back for more services
