Love service rendered and it is the most clean.  My concern is 100%with the way the staff is treated by management and owner.  I usually take a friend or family member. Much of my friends are Vietnamese and know all that is said and I am and was terribly effected by the words and statements coming from the owners. It blew me away what they were saying to and calling their staff as well as as about myself and other patrons.  Beware. Things are not what they seems. I'm not afraid to put my name out there because I am sickened y the way they t great their staff and clients.  I once thought of them as friends and believe me...those girls do a good job or they are punished.  I will never return and I spent a good 180 + 10 a piece for tip.  I am very close to calling labor board!

They are always super busy. Normally this would not be a problem but the ladies' that did my mother and I's nails were so distracted. We were waiting in the seats for about ten minutes until we had received our manicure. My mom didn't even get a second coat of toenail polish. And once they were "finished" with her, she waited in the chair 20-30 minutes after I got up to get my acrylics done just to receive her pedicure. They didn't even offer my mother or I water. My toenails came out looking nice and pretty but when I got my acrylics done, a different lady than the one that did my toes, was very rude. She was very rough when holding my hands,  and she even cut and burned my cuticles when using the electric file. When I first got started I told her I wanted a matte top coat. She was okay with it. And then towards the end when my nails were finished, she got mad because I reminded her that I wanted matte after I noticed she used a gloss top coat. I showed her my reference picture that I already showed to her before we started, again. She got even more upset and said "It's a picture. You cannot tell whether if it's matte or gloss in a picture". But it was definitely not glossy. After I finished, I noticed my acrylics, that I was getting done for homecoming, were uneven, thick, and very heavy. It's extremely hard to type or text anything. I'm surprised I was even able to write a review this long.

My first time at this nail salon and I’m going back. Most friendly people and they take their time to make sure you nails look perfect!
