Staff were willing to go above and beyond for me. The room was cozy, mostly clean, and a kitchenette and was quiet. The sheets and blankets were clean but the duvet smelled of bo, I just slipped it off the bed. I was lead to believe from a 3rd party site that there was a full breakfast bar and was disappointed they only had a grab and go. Their site says that explicitly. Everyone was friendly and accommodating for the circumstances.

The hotel was fairly clean, but at about 1 am, one of the staff members opened our room door, turned on a light, then said "Oh F***!" very loudly and woke us up then shut the door and left. Not only did it freak us all out, but it was really rude & unprofessional for her to cuss and not even apologize. When we complained about it all they said was "sorry it was a misunderstanding". Definitely would not stay here again.

The sheets weren't changed. Amenities are few. Staff was quite nice though. I booked through Expedia, and called to confirm, they didn't have my room when I arrived. They were able to find me a "single bed" room for me and my two kids. Breakfast is just a muffin.

Rooms are clean, but storage for long term occupancy is lacking. Dresser drawers are small and won't hold enough clothes, "closet" is a wire rack and a half with just a half curtain serving as a door. The "Kitchen" didn't have any utensils, not enough storage for food, it seemed like they were counting on you eating out. Zero pots and pans. The smell of "Curry" permeated the halls. Towels weren't sufficient to dry off a child. Television was a 32" flat screen. I would NOT recommend this particular establishment.

I had a nice week long stay here. I was a little disappointed with the free breakfast but I was probably expecting to much. Hotel rates are very reasonable.
