Not at all comparable to Grand Country like they claim to be. The indoor water park is nothing as described (HUGE let down). They do not serve a continental breakfast. We paid for 2 queen beds and only got full sized beds. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone ! Definitely not worth the money. Not even worth the one start 👎👎👎👎

The room was NOT as shown in the pictures. I was given the wrong information about being able to swim without a water pass. The room had trash on the floor from previous guest. The mattresses were old and stank, and the sheets did not fit and came off during the night. The mattresses had a sweat odor. The bathroom was not clean and I was not comfortable even using it. I will never stay there again and can't understand how this hotel has such a high rating.

Great place for families. We loved the water park indoors. Lifeguards are not all very kid friendly. Room was very clean and nice. Food was expensive. I would stay again.

Our family really enjoyed our time here. We have 4 children under 9 years old who love to swim. Originally, we planned on the water park amenity to be secondary to our other plans, but our children loved the pool areas so much that we canceled and changed plans to have fun there! :-) Also, the mini fridge accommodates 3 gallon size slow cooker meals, many juice boxes, a half gallon of milk, and all of our fruit, yogurt & cheese for breakfast. We had plenty of room to lounge together in the room; however, there are only 2 chairs. So, bring a picnic blanket to be able dine together. Absolutely, a wonderful stay!

BED BUGS!!!! We reserved our room in advance. We don't stay at this place for the hotel, we stay for the water park. So when we get there they tell us that we don't get water park passes, because they didn't come with our room. We have been going here for 5 years and never heard of this. So we let that ride for the night. The next morning my son asks me what kind of bug is on his arm, and I discover its a bed bug. After a fight to get to speak to a manager. She sends up the head of house keeping(who tells us that they haven't had a problem with bed bugs on this floor before). They agreed to give my wife and I a refund, but not the other part of my family. So we wound up having to call the health department(they came right out). Finally after giving the other part of my family a refund we were kicked off the premises. We were told that whomever owns and manages Castle Rock now has only owned it for less than 6 months. If you stay here check the room first, if you see what looks like dirt in the corners. It is probably fecal matter from bed bugs that's what it turned out to be in our room. If one of these makes it home with you it could reproduce and cost you thousands to treat.
