Staff are nice and the room was decent but dirty. The kitchen appliances given were extremely filthy. The staircase had chips spilled that stayed for like a week. I slept soundly and it was more or less homey and well priced so decent spot.

The Manager Chris has worked with me to reduce the cost of my unexpected stay. Due to my being displaced after an SUV ran into Resident I resided at. He locked in a room rate, and is looking into providing me with a lower room rate.

Absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel. Rooms are dingy and smell. Everything was dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again

If you like extended stay this is where you want to be. It's a very clean room with a very courteous staff

We arrived at the hotel on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 7:12 pm from a long day at the waterpark for check in, check in wasn't completed until 7:48 pm only one person working Amanda and the lobby was already filled with guests trying to check in. In speaking with Amanda she stated that she was the only one working since earlier in the day, the other lady who was asked by the manager to stay and help out "Nicole" just left. There was no Manager onsite. At 8:30 pm I go to the front desk to get plates, utensils, cups there was a gentlemen already being helped by Amanda and 2 other guests came in behind me; in the interim of me waiting more guests came in asked for and received their key as I'm still waiting, finally at 9:03 the gentlemen that Amanda was working with gets his key and it's finally my turn to be helped, mind you in all that time I was standing there Amanda never acknowledged me with any communication of "I'll be right with you, is there anything I can do for you or do you need a room key?". I inform Amanda that our rooms (2) didn't have kitchenware (see above) and I needed 7 of each, they only thing I received 7 of was plates, cups (5), bowl (1), forks (5), knives (6) and spoons (5); I also informed Amanda that there was only 1 washcloth, she provided me with 2 additional washcloths. To be fair Amanda was doing the best she could by herself, I hold the hotel and the hotel manager for these deplorable conditions and services; no hotel should be this poorly understaffed at anytime but to be this way in the summer when kids are out of school, it's the weekend and the hotel is near a waterpark is ludicrous. The fact that our room reservations were messed up and we weren't in rooms next to one another but down the hall and around the corner (room 203 and 227) was bad enough but then to deal with the rest of the issues really took it over the top. I'm requesting a full refund of services not rendered as advertised and valuable time being wasted, after a long day in the waterpark, slow check in and even slower front desk service sadly the kids didn't get to eat until after 9 pm waiting for items that should have been in the room. In regards to the hotel condition overall, some blame belongs to the guests and some to the hotel staff; the elevator smelled like a brewery and the 2nd floor in which we stayed on smelled like a tobacco factory, even the 3 year old commented on how "it stinks, yuck". At the rate in which things were going it made us wonder if the bedsheets were changed/clean, I didn't chance it and laid my sarong wrap to sleep on top of. The rating and reviews will warrant 1 star and that star goes to Amanda for wearing many hats and doing the very best she could under these circumstances. Again, we are requesting a full refund.
