Wonderful experience in a beautiful home. The hosts were extremely helpful in providing suggestions and the breakfast provided is amazing. My girlfriend and I were big fans of the animals (2 dogs + 1 cat) who roam the yard as well.

We decided to visit the Hudson Valley, and instead of staying in a boring hotel, we looked into a B & B. We found the Goldsmith Denniston House online and decided to stay there and use it as a home base as we traveled the area. What a fabulous surprise !! When we arrived Nancy greeted us at the door and her smile was as welcoming as the inn. There are an array of beautiful rooms (actually one better than the next) for the choosing. Spotless clean and complete with all the comforts one would need, we were happily at home there. Nancy and Chuck, the proprietors, are a wealth of knowledge of the area and all the sights to take in. If you engage them, they will recommend what to see, where to eat and offer history lessons of the Hudson Valley's rich heritage. Our friends that we traveled with, as well as ourselves, were captivated with each story Nancy told of the history of Newburgh and surroundings. To sum it up, this house is a diamond in the rough. Breakfast was scrumptious and beautifully presented in an elegant dining room, as well as period dishes and glassware. We will certainly return to the Goldsmith Denniston House to catch the flaming foliage in the fall.

Wonderful B&B, with lovely owners... This was the second time we've stayed, and it's lovely to be their guests.

Nice and friendly atmosphere. Host and Hostess are warm and inviting. Very clean. I highly recommend over any air bnb.

Beautifully restored Federal Architecture Bed and Breakfast! The common areas were very comfortable and welcoming. Hospitality and breakfast were excellent. We enjoyed learning the history of the home and the town of Newburgh. Nancy accommodated our schedule and the last minute change in our reservations. We will definitely return.
