This place was horrible! There was no towels in the room. When I called down to the front desk to tell them I had no towels and politely asked if they would bring me some. I was flat out told no if I wanted them I could come get them myself. It is my birthday weekend and I came from out of town so I went out to check out the city. When I returned the doors were locked. The key did not work to open it. There was no actual person at the front desk almost the entire stay. I had to call to be let in and the man (same person I talked to about the towels) argued with me for 15 minutes telling me to just use my key until he came and let me in. Overall terrible experience would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean and updated.  Three stories with an elevator, moving to the third floor was no problem.  Their breakfast was skimpy, so now we're at McDonald's to enjoy fruit juice and a hot McGriddle.

We arrived pretty late so we had to use the phone out front to reserve a room. After that it took us forever to get someone to let us in. Pretty sure she was passed out in a back room. We tried to check in but she was asking for information that they didn't give me when I booked the room over the phone and then almost refused us a room. She was not able to log into the computer at all to look up our reservation. She kept telling us there were no rooms open and the lady on the phone had lied to us. Then she said she would give us a room but there would be no towels... As we were arguing, a gentalman walked in and she started checking him in putting us off to the side.  This man did not have a reservation but they had a cleaned room for him... Not us. Both the man and I had made comments on what type of drugs this  lady was on as she left us at the counter to go get her popcorn from the back. After eventually getting a room, it was awful. You get what you pay for. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom. It smelled like smoke in the room and the people in the room next to us were doing drugs all night and you could smell it all through the floor. The bedding was minimal and the carpets were dirty. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone... It could have easily been the worst experience I had ever had if they had not made check out so easy with a different desk staff.

I don't even know where to start.  The grounds were so filthy and littered with cigarette butts and dog feces that I had to walk my dog across the street at the Staybridge.   There was a huge, red stain on the carpet in my room;  I can only hope that it was cranberry juice.   The bag of smelly garbage that was sitting outside my neighbor's door last night was still out there this morning.   I feel I need to say something nice so I will mention that the gal who checked me in was very pleasant and efficient.  This star belongs to her and ONLY to her!

Staff is good (little rough around the edges) anything I need they will help me get it. Room is decent for what I need it for. Location is little tough, have to be strong will person to live here
