Rooms fairly large and clean with nice full kitchen. Staff is friendly and professional. Only concern is that fire alarms kept going off every few minutes one morning and we weren't warned that they were going to test them (there was no fire).

Liked the hotel stay. The rooms were nice. Wish they had an ice machine though and i wish the bus went over this way.

Rooms need renovation. Some staff members are a bit rude. They offer coffee and muffins as their "breakfast"

The Asian,or Philippineo lady at the front who is the supervisor and some of the staff and mades are clearly racist. My family and I have been staying here on and off when we come into the area for years and have never had a problem.But thease last 2 time's I've had it with the disrespect. If you don't want African Americans staying at this particular hotel, then say that. Although that won't be a good look for the extended stay brand,at least we will know to spend our money elsewhere. There is nothing special about this hotel and the rabbit food you call breakfast.SMH! The sheets have long black hair in them which means they were never changed, tolite paper half used,room not vacuumed, carpet sticky,flees and bed bugs from pet owners and previous guest,used condoms under bed with opened pack of cough drops. Limited towels,thick clear stuff on the mirror by TV,(I don't even want to know what that is)...This hotel is a 2 and a half star at best. It is however a nice quiet business area. But not worth 165 a night.85 to 100 maybe and that's because of the kitchen. plus's,they don't except cash anymore,only credit cards. Anyway I refuse to spend my money where I am not welcomed and if I,or we ever come back and these things are still going on,I'll never came back again and will tell my associates to do the same. This is California,it's 2018,let's get it together.
