Was very nice. Trevor at the front desk was courteous and professional. Rooms were nice and clean. The only drawback.. someone came in late on the floor above us and made a lot of noise, but I guess that's to be expected in a large place like this. I would go back but I would request top floor😀

Graveyard crew needs work. Tried to check in at 1 am security guard informed me that front desk was taking inventory of towels and won't be back until 130 am. Mind you, I was with my toddler and infant. I've never heard of operational duties take precedence over customer service. What makes it worse, the front desk clerk came out the elevator and asked if I was waiting for her I said yes. She then turned to the security guard asked him if he told me about inventory and proceeded to her destination to bypass me. Room was not clean or kept like i expected for a 3 star hotel. I would say you get what you pay for, but I've stayed at places where I've paid the same that was much cleaner and nicer. Daytime front desk shift was great, professional, articulate and very polite. I would not stay here again.

Says Complementary coffee but it is always empty. They offer free room cleaning once a week but they won't do it even after 10 days. They will attend to service after 5 to 10 reminders. Oh boy by the way you have to be out of room while they clean, so we may be on street sometimes.

absolute trash of a hotel. i walked into my room with blood stains on the sheets and trash can full of trash and condom wrappers. pretty gross. management (i believe her name was Carol) called me regarding my low scoring survey and managed to go from "fully comping" my room to offering me 50% off then offering me 10% all in one sentence. it was quite impressive customer service really. would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

This has got to be the worst hotel i have stayed at!!! with the type of service they are offering, this hotel is worth $50/night... The rooms are not cleaned! The Fridge is rusty and leaks! You have to go down to get Utensils (this is an extended stay)... You need to take down your towels to exchange! Their idea of free breakfast is coffee, some granola bars and a small selection of packaged muffins... unbelievable!!! welcome to the 3rd world hotel in Woodland Hills where the average house cost close to a Million dollars.... unbelievable!!!
