Accommodating front staff. Doors are not user friendly. Place is clean and we'll maintained, no unpleasant odors.

Was a great experience which was a surprise being we went online and took what was available at a late date. Will definitely use this one again, thanks to all involved. Out of things to say and so I’ll just repeat, Outstanding.

location is near Northridge CSUN, but when i stayed, it was a little scary because the rooms were in an outdoor hallway and it was windy at the time and the wind was whistling through the door. In the middle of the night there would be people partying next door which interrupted my sleep.  But there was decent service.

Outstanding service... ALWAYS. My family and I have stayed here a total of almost 150 days in 2017 alone. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make us happy. They discount our room rate all the time; if not that then they'll upgrade us to a suite for no charge. We're notoriously late checking out but of course it's never a problem for them! During our last stay, Chris gave us til 3pm to finish packing our stuff! My atf hotel in the SFV!

One of the best stay that I ever stayed in! I can tell you that all the people who work there are so very nice and peaceful!
