The hotel was conveniently located to freeway for easy access. The hotel is family friendly and allowed pets. There was a nice community room with TV and lounge chairs, a laundry room and very clean. We were pleased that they participate in the Southwest Rewards program. I was able to use my accumulated points to earn a free night for my family. I can DEFINITELY say the Price was RIGHT!!

It's okay if you just want a cheap place to stay. My room needed some tlc the closet doors werent on the track so you couldn't move them and my fire alarm was hanging by the wires from the ceiling. The breakfast bar is just coffee and granola bars so be prepared to find something else for breakfast. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Bed was terrible, only had 3 non-matching pillows, window faced the very well lit parking lot (and curtain didn't close completely), shampoo was half full and covered in soap scum, desk chair had a whitish stain on it as did the picture hanging on the wall next to the bed. Gave it a 2 because the staff was wonderful and the location was perfect, but we won't be back.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Where do I start, ordered 2 beds, only got 1. No hot water. No sheets on beds. Fire alarm at 1230am. Dirty hotel, rooms, and bathrooms. Smells like smoke. Stay away!!!!!
