Lovely place. It's a large park with a dog park. Not very crowded but has so many picnic tables and a big pavilion. Pavilion has electric outlet also but might be used with permission. I'm not sure. You can bring your own grill.

Nice park .... lots of trails for walks or jog. Maintained. Right next to Passaic river, hence the name. The trail along the river is well shaded by trees - so on a very hot sunny day, that's an advantage. Lots of canadian geese. Lots of squirrels too! ....Never seems over-crowded. Little League field is there too. Benches for those that may want to bring food and have a little picnic. Very safe - never heard of any issues. Mostly courteous people there ....be prepared to respond to many "Hellos" and "Good Mornings" !

It's really nice that there's a dog park here and the softball field is nice except it being built facing the sun for early evening games

It's a nice walkable, stop for a bring your own kinda a lunch park..good for sports activities...
