Exterior Medics is a Greater Washington roofing, siding, gutters, masonry, windows, doors and commercial exterior contractor; independently owned company with over 17 years of experience. A strong emphasis in dependability and top-notch customer service is at the heart of our core values. We hold a Class A License (#2705 121264A) in Virginia and are licensed by the State of Maryland (MHIC # 127518). We are also bonded and well-insured for your protection.

Customer Service at its best! Ben came out and checked our roof  less than 24 hours after my initial call!  He was so knowledgeable of what repairs needed to be done!  The crew that performed the work was great, efficient and fast! Best of both worlds!  I highly recommend this company.  They are great and actually want to do what is best for the customer no matter what!  Just call their offices, you get a professional and polite voice on the other end! Exterior Medics is the way to go!

Terrible customer service. Just know that if anything goes wrong, it's automatically your fault and your problem, and good luck getting anyone on the phone to even hear that much. 

I wasn't even bothered that it took nearly three months to get my doors installed. But once delivered I pointed out  that the handles and locks are at the lowest mounting point that will meet code, which is much lower than any door in my house  (the lock is a foot lower than the old one).  When I actually managed to get in contact with someone I got about a thousand variations of "that's how it is", "you should have brought it up", and "we can't do anything". Having never bought a door, I had no idea that it was necessary to bring up something like that, and there were no measurements specified in any of the plans. I think the "experts" should have mentioned it after measuring my old door.

The attitude and disregard with which my complaints were handled were worse than the actual problem with the doors. I very much wish that I had chosen another company for this project, and sincerely hope that anyone thinking of choosing this company will see this review and decide to go with someone else.

I am very satisfied with the work from this place! They are extremely professional and efficient. I originally called to get gutters replaced since they started to detach from the house. Eric came out and looked at my house and I ended up doing my windows as well. The staff at this company was very friendly and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time from start to finish. They kept true to the contract and I highly recommend it!

I was desperate for a company to come out and give me an estimate quickly as I was noticing water pulling in my gutters.  Exterior Medics sent out Eric there salesman the same week and supplied me with a reasonable quote.  They were fast and clean. They left no nails or debris in any of my bushes or lawn.  I would highly recommend them and look forward to future business with Exterior Medics.
