I hired NOVA to replace a roof, three doors and siding. Each project was completed with care and exactness by highly competent professionals. The doors fit perfectly, increasing security and energy efficiency. The roof replacement and siding were done with close attention to detail. Each crew thoroughly cleaned up after each job. I highly recommend  NOVA Exteriors for their fair pricing, top quality materials and outstanding finished products.

We scheduled for a patio door replacement with Nova Exteriors. The consultant was very unprofessional. He kept asking for the check when the job was no where near done. He told me to leave my check under my front door mat so he could collect it. I don’t know about you but that sounds extremely shady and money hungry to me. He also said they would complete their part of the job in 2 weeks if the insurance company approves it soon, but from when the insurance company approved it to when they completed the job took 4 weeks instead. My theory is that he didn’t even turn in the door to be made until he found out that we weren’t paying until the job was completely finished. However, I am very pleased with the door itself and the installers that came. Would have given them a 5 star if I was just basing it on the door itself but because of how unprofessional the consultant was, I have to drop it to a 3.

Nova Exteriors did a fantastic job for us in replacing our front storm door.  We had a number of estimates but it was Dan from Nova who went the second step.  He sat down with us for about an hour to review what doors are available and also went over why the door we had was deteriorating.  After this discussion we selected a door from Nova.  As Dan predicted in about three weeks a technician came to our house to measure our  door. Then about 5 weeks later, David our installer showed up on a Friday afternoon at our 1 PM  appointment.(exactly as the office told us the day before).  After he installed the door, he spent around 30 minutes telling us about the door.  We highly recommend Nova Exteriors and will use them again when we do more work on our house

I am very happy with Nova Exteriors!. This was my first window purchase. Nova's representatives, Sam, Gerald, and Peter, were exceptionally helpful before and after the install. I felt I knew what to expect and my expectations were met. The actual install was professional. The guys were prompt, respectful, competent, and efficient, and cleaned up well. Overall excellent customer service and workmanship!

I have used Nova Exterior multiple times on multiple houses, and I could not recommend them enough. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They have terrific customer service and do high quality work.
