Tim worked with us to fix the hail damage to our roof and gutters this summer.  He was very patient and thorough in walking us through the claim process, the repair work, and he kept in touch as the work took place to make sure we were pleased.  He was easily accessible and prompt with replies and answers to our questions.  We would definitely recommend working with this company!

I would like to tell how great of a job your company did on my house they went above and beyond what I had expected. I would recommend this company for work on your  home. They fixed problems that I did not know my house even had. What a great job from start to finish. The work they did was excellent! Give this company a try, you will not be disappointed. I would like to also add that John from customer service was excellent. He explained everything that was going on and kept me in the loop the whole time. Great job!

They started work on my house last August and still haven't finished (March).  They haven't contacted me once during the whole process, the only communication is when I call them to ask them when they are going to finish.  They never let me know when they were going to be doing the work they did do, the only way I would know if they had been there was when I found trash in the yard that was part of my old gutters.  The downspouts installed were the wrong color last fall and that still hasn't been fixed.  I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.  Every time I've called they claim to be too busy for my job, which means they are prioritizing new customers over me.  Wish I would've given my money to a different company.

Exterior Remodel & Design is a fabulous company to work with!  They are extremely professional and thorough.  I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know needing roof work or any other exterior repairs in the Nebraska area!  Thank you to Paul and his hardworking team!
