Story

Exteriors, Inc. has been serving Washington and Oregon for over 15 years. The owner Jeff Elliott has over 25 years in the industry and his extensive knowledge of home residential improvement can make your ideas a reality. He believes in selling quality products at fair prices and not playing the typical sales games. He stands behind the workmanship of his company and always offers a minimum of 5 year labor warranty on all new installs of roofs, siding, and windows. We are proud members of the Better Business Bureau and the Building Industry Association of Clark County. We strongly believe that you will not find a better full service home improvement company around.

My friend, Pete, and I were absolutely astonished by the professional service that Jeff and Jesse Elliott provided in getting our old fence torn down to building a new board-over-board cedar fence with 2 gates.  From the cost estimation to the finished product, it was all well done and beautifully crafted!  One of the many amazing things was that Jesse did all the work himself and did it in under 2 weeks.  I could tell Jesse was a perfectionist and really cared about the work he performed and how we, as customers, liked what he did.  Being afforded time to walk the work each day gave tremendous credibility to the fine craftsmanship and exceptional performance..  It is great to have a year workmanship warranty on the fence as well.  Jeff Elliott, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and  very attentive to make certain the service was perfect.   I am already highly recommending Exteriors, Inc,  to my friends and family as the company to consult when thinking about fences, roofs, exterior work on their houses.  They are local and prove they authentically care.

Jeff Elliot is a stand up individual with outstanding ethics. I would feel comfortable having Exteriors Inc do any project I needed on my house. I know he would make sure the job got done right!

Unfortunately I see this business continues to have bad ratings. I've turned them in to the BBB before and yet they continue to be able to do this to people. Unacceptable!!! 

A past employee mentioned they changed there name along time ago, wonder why?

I hired them for a family member, so they don't have my name on file, maybe tax purposes??? But have met them many times trying to get the work done and finished properly which never happened. 

The owner will come up with anything to continue to survive for his people. That's really all he cares about so don't let him get u!!

So remember the truth is in all these reviews and if you notice the owner is responding and saying whatever excuse he can instead of fixing it, shows you what kinda work ethic and personal ethics this company has. Looks like they have lots of time replying to all these as well. Most business don't have to responded to reviews...

We have had leaking windows since we bought our house 3.5 years ago.  Inspector did not catch the signs and go figure, windows don't leak in July and August.  We had another contractor/handyman "fix" our leaking windows three times and every time we would end up with pooling water on the windowsills during the next big rainstorm. 
Jeff came out and evaluated which windows leaked, what type of wind and rain were present when the windows leaked and where we were observing the water droplets.  He quickly determined that the joints of the siding above the windows did not have flashing, nor were the windows properly flashed (that may not be the right technical term.)   
He and Blake came out and removed only the siding that was necessary to determine where the leaks were originating, replaced only what needed to be replaced, put flashing behind all the joints, and repainted.  They didn't try to sell us new windows; they didn't tell us we needed to reside our whole house or even an entire side of our house.  Jeff gave us a very fair price and NOW...we no longer have to babysit our windows during heavy rainstorms!  Problem solved!  We highly recommend Exteriors and will certainly do business with them in the future.
