IBEX was great from beginning to end. Felicia, Duane and Sam are clear communicators, easy to talk with, and answer questions effectively. Jesus and his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement. During the job they were thorough and communicative about each step of the process. Very satisfied.

No hassle, quality materials and professional workmanship.  It was a relief to know that professionals dedicated to doing a great job were taking care of everything.

I had a full roof replacement which included removing one layer of asphalt shingles plus the original cedar shake and then installing the new roof from the decking to the final asphalt shingles.

Ibex kept me informed on the scheduling and then checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns.  The foreman and his team arrived on time, worked hard and were very professional and pleasant to work with.  They particularly took care to protect the shrubs and plants around my home as they removed the old shingles and checked to make sure that everything was picked up.  I highly recommend Ibex because not only did they do an outstanding job but also because they will be there to handle any problems that arise over the years.

I have used IBEX Roof in the past for various roof repairs and was amazed at the dedication by Kirk to ensure the roof was repaired to my satisfaction before he left. Now that is customer service! I have since hired IBEX Roof to roof my new 5100 sq. ft. home. It was a job well done with follow up all the way to the end on minor items that needed correcting. Kirk's work ethic is a great demonstration to all other businesses on how they should be run. I highly recommend IBEX to all friends & contacts.

IBEX Roof did a great job on my roof.  From start to finish with Sam giving me an estimate, to Ben the foreman bringing the crew, workers showed up on time and were all professional. The price was very reasonable and my new roof looks beautiful. Cleanup was excellent.  The company learned that my mother had passed away shortly before the project start date and even sent me beautiful flowers. Thank you.

I found Ibex on Angies list. I was amazed at the professionalism from beginning to end. Kurt arrived on time and spent a good hour explaining the process and just general information. My job was a manufacturers defect replacement on a new home. The replacement included a shingles voucher and cash for labor. Kurt gave me a quote well below the other two quotes I got by contractors that didn’t really seem to want my business. One quote was 3 times the cost, and one was a little sketchy, using the voucher to get different materials, all over the phone. Ibex scheduled the work, got the shingles, had a crew here on time and when they said they would. Jeremy was the lead and he did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything, made sure the driveway was clear of debris, accommodated my comings and goings and were very helpful and polite. Felicia in the office was great, calling to remind me whenever something was happening. I’m really impressed by the whole experience. I had expected to have to “deal with contractors” and got ready to do battle, but there was nothing to fight over, or even complain about. I highly recommend Ibex, well done guys!
