This storage place is the nicest and cleanest of any I have ever used. The place has a good layout and the aisles are wide and the carts are great. Allen and Louisa were very friendly and helpful.

The thing about this place is you feel safe it's well lit. The staff is great they know you by name, you can tell they truly care and they are (for real) always friendly.

As I walked in ruby and Allan greeted me and thAt made me feel good. Ruby walked me and showed me the unit and answered all my questions. They both gave great customer service..

We are repeat customers at this facility in large part due to the warm hospitality of Luisa Mendez and her colleagues.  She has always been  cheerful, friendly and helpful whenever we visit her facility which she keeps very clean and tidy.  Though other facilities may be closer (we live in S. Palmetto Bay), we will continue to frequent this facility because they are reliable and dependable for the extra service we've become accustomed.

Out of all the storage facilities I deal with both Extra Space and Public Storage, this one is my favorite! Very clean, well maintained, never had any leaks on the outside unit and the staff is top notch! 

Both Luisa and Allen are highly respectable and have always been helpful!
