at the beginning everything seems like a great experience. after my first month, i noticed that the door of the storage space had been open a couple of times, therefore the inside remained a bit warm (i'm paying for the A/C unit). Then the kart is never in its place, and finally saw a roach down the hallway. I spoke to the manager in turn and he simply said there is nothing they can do to solve that. On top of that, after a few months the rental price goes up.

I passed by to look for a storage space for my elderly mothers belongings. Rich helped me look for something that would fit all her items and wouldn’t be too expensive. The price was out of my desired range even with him offering me a lower price than the base rate, so I couldn’t rent. However the customer service was exceptional. Very customer centric! You won’t find better service anywhere.

Rich was attentive to my storage needs. He gave me options on the first month discount and didn't seem like he wanted to cheat me out of my money. I highly recommend them.

This storage facility has the best rates in the area! I've been here for close to two years with no issues and the store managers are always friendly. Highly recommend this place.
