Reasonably priced storage, perched up on the hill. Makes it seem more secure to me. A few miles from my place, so very convenient. Nice staff there from 9-6. With access to storage from 6am-10pm. First month free! Some random discounts depending on your space. Easy sign up process. They do require you to have insurance on your things which will add 14$ a month minimum. Good spot overall

This place is easy to find and out of the way. Overlooks Frazee and Friars Rd. and feels safer to get in and out of the storage facility that way. Phillip was excellent at getting my needs fulfilled and getting me the best price. Very patient with all of my questions and so incredibly nice. Set up was quick and even had a great lock handy for me. Totally recommend this place for all of your storage necessities.

We came here and were able to set up the unit immediately. Phillip was very helpful and informative. He made us feel very safe about renting a space. Very easy and comfortable experience.

Straight forward! Setting up a storage unit on the last minute was incredibly easy and fast. The front desk staff were kind and polite which made things easy. They do they’re absolute best to facilitate military which is a huge plus!

I just signed up with this place for my first unit ever! I looked for deals online in Mission Valley & not only was this place central and easy to access but I got a great deal on a unit! Philip was able to reserve my unit and the price I got online for a week for me, which was EXTRA helpful (heh...heh...) because my moving date had been changed. The communication and guidance was imperative for me as someone who’s never done this before. But the facility itself is also perfect - it has an external and then a drive up a long, steep hill with which, I think, robbers wouldn’t want to bother :) the place is very well-kempt and the indoor, extra safe unit I purchased was ideal. I’m glad I found this place when there are so many out there!
