This place has been a dream to work with. The manager, James, has been one of the most helpful, friendly people I have ever dealt with. My mother had a unit here and passed away. In a time when I was struggling to deal with everything James went out of his way to help me and get things taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs

Reserved my space online from my phone , and Brady the on site manager called me within less than a minute. He waited for me to show up, knew my name when I walked in the door. Promptly showed me where my storage would be, and explained everything black and white. We also had a friendly conversation and got to know me during the process. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes , and Brady was very welcoming and polite throughout the whole process. I knew exactly what I was getting into before I left , so there would be no surprises. Easy as could be. Thanks Brady .

The staff were very friendly during my stay here. Although the prices are not reasonable in my opionion. As I was there for over a year, the price would always raise as the months had gone by. 1 year later from my move-in, price had almost doubled. Felt like I was being used to make the company a quick buck (few thousand). Rather than giving me any incentive to stay long term (which was my plan). Even prior to my move to a new storage facility, I gave it a chance idle they'd price match, but the policy says no. Not a problem though, I understand policy is policy. But I guess without them raising the price on me, I wouldn't have gone out of my way to find a facility that would actually accomadate all my needs. (Fixed rate, incentives, 24hr gate access) So in my experience, the staff were awesome, helpful, and kind. The company policy/pricing, not that friendly. Would I recommend to any of my friends? Unlikely But If you need storage for a short-term, they might be okay. Long-term, I'd highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Do your research and read your contract. I asked several times if my monthly rate was locked in and they confirmed "yes." That changed and now they are making up their half month free. So expect the worst and do not think you will be taken care of. They have lost my business in the future. I work is customer service and the best policy is to be transparent and honest. Read every piece as its hidden. Good luck out there.
