Was in a bit of a situation needing a safe, clean & affordable storage facility dealing with the passing of a family member unexpectedly.  I was told that Extra Space was one of the top businesses to fit my needs & sure enough they were a perfect fit!  Awesome lady named Teresa helped me!  Thank you so much for making this difficult time easier!

Great overall experience. The woman in the office was great, she stayed late to let us in when I was first moving from MO. I moved my items into a 10x10 interior unit that was not climate controlled in July. I do regret that aspect because it was sweltering hot so go climate controlled if you can. The entries to the interior units have a lip that dollies have a hard time getting over but it’s not impossible. Bring something to prop open the doors too. I did see a few dead bugs in the Hall on occasion but NEVER a live one. I think their pest control does a great job bc there will always be people who bring bugs into storage units but I just cleared my unit out nearly 4 months later and the only dead bugs I saw were two dead spiders and a dead beetle. We’ve begun to unpack at the house and haven’t found any other bugs yet either. That says a lot for a storage unit in my opinion. I’ve used others in the past have haven’t had the same experience. Also the billing was as expected, no surprises and we used the auto draft feature making it even easier. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

I do not enjoy getting my rates go up.  I will say though that the girls that work there are really nice.  Teresa is my favorite. Excellent storage facility for sure and it is close to my home, AND my office.

Teresa was amazing! She was so informative and showed us exactly what we needed based on our conversation. She was the reason we rented at Extra Space over another. Highly recommended.

Teresa was extremely helpful. This was my first time getting a unit. Location is extremely clean as well. I moved my items in late one night and felt safe.
