I came and I opened up an account with U-Haul and I got a storage unit and I rented out a truck before it was all said and done under 24 hours they were accusing me of living there they lied repeatedly saying that I was caught sleeping in the truck even though the footage and the timestamps and all the rest of the evidence pointed to the fact that I've been moving consistently using that truck throughout the time that ended up revoking my 24-hour access and stealing the truck what I'm still using it I would not recommend going to because of the poor manager skills displayed by the manager by the name of Tiffany Grayson the general manager I gave it 1 star because it was the minimum but really I give it a zero star no stars at all

I've rented U-Haul trucks 3 times in 3 different states and this business far exceeds any other place. Curteous professional surface that was easy to work with and competent. I was treated like a customer, rather than just another number like other U-Haul dealers I've delt with.

I waited 30 minutes to get my reservation after my scheduled pick up time. They had one employee working and about 5 people waiting to pick up. Was not a very fun experience overall. Truck was fine and ran well but I'll go to a different location In the future
