UPDATE from original. I've taken a star away because my fee is raised at least once a year. I moved to smaller space in an effort to save money in July and in January my fee went up $12 a month - not even 6 months had passed. 
Original Review. 
I never had a storage space and this is not what I expected of a storage facility.  This place is clean and safe.  You enter a code to get in and a code to go up the elevator.  I moved in on a Saturday and they had plenty of carts to load your stuff on.  Their parking spaces are also nice and wide so you can open your doors and get stuff out of your car easily.  The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.  So glad I found this place.

Very impressed! Thought I might have to pay an extra month because I was needing to vacate right at the deadline, but the great management found a way to reverse the charge on my card that had already gone through and then called to tell me about it! So great. This is an awesome, clean place to store your stuff...right next to Long Beach Airport. The whole area is reviving and I’m sure we’ll be customers again at some point. Thank you!

Extra Space Storage has been able to accommodate my storage needs. I would recommend it to friends and family. I have never had any issues and facilities I have storage at have been clean and the personal had been very courteous and helpful. I worked with Else the day I came in she was really helpful with my choice of storage size since I was undeceive.

Fastest service and best customer service. Michael was very helpful and professional. He really helped us with a great unit and easy access from the parking lot. Very clean and secure. I will definitely recommend this storage to my family and friends. Thank you Michael for making all this very easy and being so helpful.

Had a great experience. Employees are knowledgeable about their work. I was helped by Michael and Dana and they patiently answered all my questions. Prices are affordable compared to others in the area. Also, units are well maintained and they have a reliable security system. Highly recommend this location.
