It was a pleasure storing with this company. Didn't have a problem with anything. My move-in was fast and definitely cost effective. No one else has the prices I've seen at this facility, all units are on the ground, which made me moving in my things a lot easier. If I need storage again, I will return to Storage Etc..

We have used the services here because their location is good, the staff is nice, and the lot is secure.
However, we were once leased a unit that was known to be vulnerable to flooding. We were paying full price every month for a year and didn't find out that we had this faulty unit until after it had flooded some. Still, they made things right with us and we have continued to store our stuff their for another year or so after the incident. 
The only things I don't like about this place are that it is a little over priced for what you get, and you have  to cover everything you store or else all of your belongings will be full of thick dust. The last thing would be that access times to the units are limited due to the set up of the lot.

Greeted cordially and provided courteous assistance. I was able to rent for less than originally quoted. I am glad to recommend this facility .
