My Mother stored her furniture in this facility for 5 months. In that 5 month time frame almost half her furniture was stolen. This facility states they have security cameras monitoring the storage units. When we reported our theft to the management, they stated "They could not do anything, and referred us to some bogus insurance/claim company. When we reported our loss to them, they stated that they could not help us either , because it didn't show "forced entry on our unit, but yet my mother's furniture was stolen. Oddly enough,The lock we bought from  local hardware store didn't fit our unit, so we bought a lock from them, makes you wonder. This is not a reputable company, and I DEFINITELY would not recommend them to anyone.

What makes this place is the person in the front desk I think her name is Jenell. She’s very professional and knows the information to all the questions and giving me excellent quotes without hesitation. I will definitely will be considering this facility for future storage.

I had a gentleman, Irving who worked with me and was very helpful and professional. He was  knowlegeable in the company's policy and was patient with me in answering all my questions- and I had a handful of questions. Overall, I had a good experience and I just started business with them.
