Easy to work with. Never had any problems with U-Boxes here. Helpful, friendly, professional (almost all staff excepting few clueless guys). Nice place. If you are looking where to get U-Box, highly recommend to make few extra miles to get it there.

Nice staff. Clean and well stocked. Always a lot of all size trucks as well as storage units that are available.

Called and asked if they had propane filling at this location, was told they did, drove there and was told they didn't, waste of time don't bother.

Rented a truck on 7/31 which then broke down due to a failed starter on 8/31.  I waited 5hrs for a tow, and had to go get another uhaul at a different location as no one at this actual facility will every answer a phone call.  it is now 8/1 and I have called over 10 times, get passed to a call center every time with no assistance from anyone.  Pay a few extra bucks and rent from a better company.

Pulled in first thing this morning greeted by a employee telling me I could not park there move to the street. I pulled alongside a car that was already parked but I had to move to the street. There was an Audi Parked in the middle of the Parking Lot  but I had to move.  I did move, right over to a competitor that had better customer service and employees who had a handle  on business.
