I went in on this Saturday afternoon to the extra space storage to inquire on a 5x10 climate control unit. The woman by the name Katheryn Rael showed me to a 5x10 cleaned non climate controlled but inside a building that seemed perfect to me. She made sure to give me the best possible price and her property was the best one I've seen all day! She's such a friendly gal. I would recommend anyone to such a great storage place and to definitely go rent from Katheryn at the Pacheco store.

Katheryn Rael immediately helped me select the best storage unit based on my needs and got me the best possible price. She was very helpful in showing me my options. She was more than helpful and so wonderful it made my experience so much better. When I arrived with my belongings, she was immediately there to help make my move a stress free and convenient experience. Extra Space Storage on Pacheco Street is the cleanest and nicest storage facility I found in Santa Fe. And Extra Space Storage is lucky to have Katheryn!

Recently i vistited one of the properties interested in possibly renting a unit. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kathryn she was very knowledgeable about everything and her customer service is great coming from someone who has worked retail and hospitality my whole life! The property was very well kept. I enjoyed the tour she gave and in the future i will be looking into renting a unit.kept.

I worked with Katheryn to rent a couple of storage units and she was great. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and provides excellent customer service. The premises is clean and well maintained, the units are great.
