Terrible!!!   I have never written a Negative review, this will be my first.  We removed our trailer from property in September.  The facility called my husband and me at different times that same month demanded payment, for early withdrawal - which we are not contractually bound to- they had both our cards on file; they charged both cards for the same bill - not knowing that they were double charging us and continued to bill our cards unlawfully the following month.  We were charged 4 times and did not have a vehicle on site!!  "Katrina" told me that they are now a management company and to "cut the attitude" ; when I became upset.  Over charges of almost $300.00 when my trailer was not on the property.  DO NOT use!!! Also, door codes never work!  To date, they have not returned my money.  It's a scam, in my opinion!!!  Terrible !!!

The property manager Robert was awesome. He made exceptional accommodations for us as we arrive in Albuquerque.  We were in a bad situation and needed a storage that night and he made it happen.  Its rare to get personal exceptional customer service. The grounds are clean and prices are great. Look for their website.  You shouldn't be disappointed with your decision to use this facility.  I seen boats, rv, cars, and campers stored here. Covered or uncovered parking available.
