I needed a storage unit and went to a competitor for information. They didn't have the size I needed so they took my name down and said they would follow up. Hey never did. I decided to go into extra storage just to obtain information. I live in NYC and needed a unit for 1 year while I work outside the US. I went in and was right away acknowledged by Rick. He was so friendly and right away I was at ease. I explained what I needed as far as size of unit. He asked a few questions to make sure the unit was big enough. He showed me unit size I was interested in. It was a bit too small so he recommend another size up. It was perfect! I took the unit right then and there. My inquest turned into a one year deal! After the paper work was completed , Rock explained and showed me how the security passcode worked. I left a happy camper!!!! Thank you rick- you made my day :)

Hands down the best storage place ever. The staff are very professional and seems to have a masters degree in customer service. They stand and greet everyone who walks through the door and memorize customer by their first name. Customers get their own unique gate entry code and you get to test it out before you leave. I love it here at Extra Space Storage.
