I reserved a 5 x 5 the evening before and Teresa called me the next day to confirm my choice.  

I came in about 3pm Saturday afternoon.  Teresa greeted me and remembered talking to me on the phone.

She showed me the 5 x 5 unit.

The location is great, on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator.

I got an excellent rate and completed the paperwork in about 30 minutes.

Teresa was great and very personable throughout the whole process.

I dont know about Extra Space around CA but I will say something about THIS ONE here in Pico Rivera on Slauson. My sister (who almost gave us bad name), my mom and dad, and myself have all had a storage there. My sister was the sloppy one (who left a mattress in their trash.......) and im the one who waited until the VERY LAST MINUTE before auction to pay. And my parents - they pay their bills (maybe not on time but definitely not months after, like me)! Anyway this review is about Vincent - he has been so sweet to both me and my parents (regardless of my sloppy sister). This person has seen me cry laugh and just be plain silly. Im sure hes had his fair share of laughs over me but I never once felt judged by anyone their! They are good people and will help you if you just talk to them.. Thank you for years of convenience, you guys will be missed.

I came in to get a storage.... I highly recommend people there are so friendly... Teresa was the one who helped me...... she was very helpful and friendly..... I give them a 10 +
