This is my second experience with Extra Space but at a different facility. After a few years, I needed to store some items and called this facility. Diamond answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. She was able to quickly get me set up as she knew I was short on time. I appreciate her attentiveness. I don't usually give review but it's so rare to find great customer service these days. I will definitely recommend my family and friends with storage needs, contact Diamond!

LaTasha was LOVELY. Patient, professional, calm (the need for storage has been stressful; this was my first attempt and visit to a storage facility). I ended up renting at a place closer to our new life. Still. I wish I could have given our business to her.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!! These lady’s know storage I mean from the sizes down to how to pack it. my move in experience was just perfect Diamond showed 3different units even showed me how to properly pack the boxes to maximize the useage and saved me even more money ! If you really care about your items your storing then you need to bring them here ! Extra clean  Extra Nice and all for Extra cheap I love Extra Space Storage !!!! Latasha &&Diamond y’all are a great team and I appreciate everything  !! Stay Blessed ;-)

I’ve have had very bad experiences in the past dealing with self storage… After experiencing the great customer service that extra space storage offered,  I can recommend any and everyone , if you have storage needs, you must go to  extra Space storage on Blair Road… Their staff there are very professional very excited to rent to you and go far and beyond to help ...one  Young lady… Diamond Levy is the most outstanding customer service representative I have ever dealt with in my life ....Extra Space you did a great thing by putting her in this location...  kudos to you ..... and for those who need to know it is one of the cleanest places you can ever imagine to rent  at .... thank you Extra Space for this great experience I’m looking forward to doing business with you in the very near future ...

Excellent customer service.  They helped me book / reserve a Extra Space Storage place in California before my move.  They even took the time to show me the size of the storage units.
