So far my experience has been wonderful! I reserved a cube online, was called to confirmed, and then went down there to fill out the paperwork. Customer service was outstanding and more than what I expected. The facilities are immaculate. The process has been super easy and fully explained. They have dollies you can use and a rental truck you can rent for pretty much free. I welcomed the ease of the process since moving and such have been so stressful!

Taylor Street location is absolutely amazing. The property is clean and always has availability to accomodate you. The staff is outstanding. I feel safe my things are stored in a trusted place. Thank you.

Could not be happier with this location and the manager Eric after going beyond my expectations to resolve an issue. Been renting a space for a year and will keep my business here.

Adequate storage facility. A few carts are available for use. Overall clean enough. Elevators are a bit slow. A few of my plastic items had mouse holes in them.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the communication between the Customer Service line and the Location team seems to be not in sync. I called from Yelp to receive an discount and got to my storage location and didn't receive any of it. But because i needed a storage right away I paid 90% of what I originally thought i need to. The CSR said; "It was nothing the could do" I hate that term! It is always something you can do. Most people just don't want to do it! I heard from the GM of that location that they would give me a discount next month. What in the world is the difference? Oh yeah MONEY and some people took advantage of the discounts over time and now it trickles down to people like me. Well I will be expecting my discount or I they should be expected to lose their jobs!
