The place is great and Charlene keeps it in great condition.  I looked around before choosing this location and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, and I felt my things were safe.  Charlene is great to work with. She is always professional, helpful and she is a joy to see on property.  She takes her job seriously and is able to give you sage advise on sizes, costs and availability.  
I'm always happy to see her on site and stop in just to say Hi.  
I never thought going to my storage facility would a pleasant experience but I appreciate her dedication to keeping the property clean and safe.  
Charlene, take a bow, we think you ROCK!!!

Love the location and I love the service even more especially it being my first time owning a storage unit they made it seem easy and fast. Shout out to the guy at the front desk with glasses nothing but positive vibes and was very friendly with my daughter.

This is a really nice, very well run facility. When I called Ella asked me to setup an appointment to make sure she would be available. I did, but I was running late and missed the appointment. It was no problem though, she was waiting for me when I got there and was super friendly and on top of everything. Showed me the unit, which was immaculate, and set me up with my key code for the gate and a lock for the door. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and Ella was very professional and pleasant. Best experience at a self storage facility by far!

Charlene Nesbit was the most sweetest, considerate professional I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. She took my call and ensured she would be here still open at closing time. She got me situated with a unit quickly and made the entire process easy and painless. Absolutely would recommend😊
