How does this place have such high ratings? I guess my only complaint is that within the first year of renting a unit they RAISED THE PRICE on me not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!! I joined the military and needed a place to keep my stuff until i got out of training and could move it to my next living area, couldn’t even see that they raised the price the first two times cause I had no to limited internet access (my fault I guess). Anyway, fine for short term storage, good units, but be prepared for PRICE HIKES.

Ms. Lema, the Store Manager, was easy to work with and had excellent customer service skills. She was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I came to the location in a rush and she helped me with a smile and a sense of urgency that matched mine.

I walked in to check on price and I was pleasantly surprised to be offered my first month for FREE so I only paid for the admin fee and insurance which was equal to what I spend at Applebee.  Lena was fantastic!!
