Went in to pick up a truck that had already been reserved, when i get there Im ready to pick up truck hes like " Oh i dont think that truck has enough diesel to get you to where you need to go". So im like Seriously!? This guy has a business Im guessing every truck has to be fueld up and redy to go no exceptions.... So hes like " wait here let me go put some diesel ill be back". Seriosly man!? I mean this guy literally had us waiting for over 40 minutes....unbelievable horrible experience.

On two separate occasions I was overcharged $45 for fuel. I did fill the trucks and have proof which I forwarded to the regional office to receive a full refund on these scam charges. STAY AWAY, Unless you want to put more fuel back into the truck than you used, just to avoid extra charges, rent elsewhere!
